 Montreal and Quebec City, Canada. This USCRC School of Neuroscience supported the idea that developed countries should become the base for international neuroscience education. A unique feature of the School was its close link to the annual meeting of the Canadian Association Neuroscience, a meeting that brought together over 1000 researchers from across Canada and the United States. |

 Ottawa, Canada. Following an already well-established mode, the 4th Canadian School of Neuroscience in Ottawa brought twelve students from Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific to Canada in contrast to the usual IBRO schools where faculty travels to their areas. |

from Ethiopia, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia,
Mexico and Venezuela. |

 Vancouver, Canada. "Neuroplasticity in development, learning and disease". This Advanced School of Neuroscience is offered to IBRO Alumni and other young investigators residing in Africa and Latin America. As in previous Canadian schools, students will have a chance to participate in the Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association for Neuroscience.

AMCA Québec provides fellowships in support of Medical Electives Clerkship at one of the McGill University affiliated hospitals. The applicants have to be regular students in good standing of 5 and 6th year at one of the following medical schools: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek and Mostar.
